This policy is designed to make public our commitment to the protection of our customers’ personal data, as well as the guidelines under which we process them in the exercise of our business activities, the purpose for which we do so, as well as the procedures for the holders of such data to exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition provided for in the applicable legislation regarding the processing of personal data.

Who are we?
We are a company dedicated to the production of food and provide intermediation services in processes of buying and selling products of different kinds through a virtual platform (portal).
As part of our activity, we will process personal data in compliance with the provisions of Law N°29733 – Personal Data Protection Law, its regulations, approved by Supreme Decree N°003-2013-JUS, and its complementary and amending rules (hereinafter, the “applicable legislation”). Likewise, the personal data that we collect will be stored in personal data banks owned by (Xstratego) Xstratego S.A.C.
What personal data does Xstratego collect and for what purposes are these personal data used?
The personal information we collect from our customers helps us to personalize and continually improve your experience on the Portal. We use this information to process orders, deliver products and services, process payments, maintain and update our records and your accounts with us, make available content such as wish lists and customer feedback, product recommendations and services of interest to you. We use this information to provide these services and functions on our own behalf or on behalf of third parties, such as third-party vendors on the Portal. We also use this information to improve our services, features and platform, prevent or detect fraud or abuse, and enable third parties to provide technical, logistical or other services on our behalf. We also use this information to tailor our communications, such as by sending emails with offers and promotions that are more relevant to customers.
These are the types of information we collect:
- Information you provide to Us: We receive and store all information that you enter on our Portal and/or mobile application through forms and/or formats; and/or through interactions with Us via email and/or phone calls and/or that you provide to Us by any other means. You may choose not to provide certain information, however, if you do so, you will not be able to take advantage of many of the features we offer. The information you provide is useful for us to respond to your requests, customize future purchases, improve our stores and contact you. Information that may be requested from you may include, but is not limited to, your name, date of birth, address, geographic location, copies and/or national identity card number, among other documents.
- Automatic Information: We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us as a technical location, including the IP address used to connect from your device to the Portal, user account login information, information about your visit, products reviewed, searches, load response times, Portal performance, as well as phone numbers and/or email addresses used to contact our customer service line, among others.
Also, like many other websites, we use “cookies” which are information files that are stored on your computer or mobile device which are used to collect certain types of information when your internet browser accesses the Portal or advertising or other types of content offered to you by or on behalf of the Portal on other websites.
- Mobile: When you download or use applications (apps) created by Xstratego or our subsidiaries, we may receive information about your location and your mobile device, including a unique device identifier. We may use such information to provide you with location-based services, for example, search results and other personalized content. Most mobile devices allow you to disable such location services.
- E-mail communications: To help us make the e-mails we send you more useful and interesting, we usually receive a confirmation, if your computer supports this type of task, when you open an e-mail sent by the Portal. In addition, in an effort to avoid sending unnecessary messages to our customers, we compare our customer lists with those we receive from other companies. If you no longer wish to receive e-mails or other notifications from us, please unsubscribe from our Newsletter and/or Bulletin service.
- Information Collected from Other Sources: We may receive information about you from other sources and add it to our information about your account.
Does Xstratego share the information it receives?
Information relating to our customers is a fundamental part of our business and we do not participate in the sale of this information to third parties. By consenting to this privacy notice, you agree to share your information in accordance with this privacy notice.
- Affiliated companies not under our control: We work closely with affiliated companies whether they are vendors and/or service providers contracted by Xstratego. The Portal shares with such third party the customer’s personal data necessary for the success of the transactions required by the customer.
- Third Party Service Providers: We contract with other companies and individuals to perform certain Portal functions on our behalf.
Examples include fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mailings and e-mails, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links (including payment links and lists), processing credit card payments, and providing customer service. They will have access to personal information necessary to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes. In no event will we grant rights to use your data to these third party service providers that are broader than those to which you have consented under this privacy notice.
- Promotional Offers: Occasionally we will send offers on behalf of other companies to selected groups of Portal customers. In such cases, your name and address will not be provided to these companies.
- Business transfers: As we develop our business, we may buy or sell stores, subsidiaries or business units. In such transactions, customer information is often one of the assets of the transferred businesses; however, such information will in all cases be subject to the commitments made in this Privacy Notice (unless, of course, otherwise authorized by the customer). Of course, in the unlikely event that the Portal, or most of its assets are acquired by a third party, customer information would be one of the transferred assets.
- Protection of the Portal and Others: We disclose personal information and account data of our customers when we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with the law, to enforce or apply the Terms of Use and other agreements, or to protect the rights, property or safety of the Portal, its users or others. This includes the exchange of information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction. Obviously, the foregoing does not include selling, renting, sharing or otherwise disclosing personally identifiable customer information for commercial purposes in a manner contrary to the commitments made in this Privacy Notice.
- With your consent: Other than as set forth above, you will be informed in the event that any information about you is shared with third parties, so that you will have the opportunity to opt out of such sharing.
What about external advertisers and links to other websites?
Our site may include third party advertisements and links to other allied, affiliated or advertising websites. If you follow a link to any of these pages, advertisements and/or websites outside of the Portal, please note that they will be governed by their own privacy policies and that we do not accept and will not have any responsibility or liability for them. It is strongly recommended that you review these policies before providing any information to any of these websites, links and/or pages outside the Portal.
What options do I have regarding my personal data?
As we have indicated, you always have the possibility to choose not to provide information, even though it may be necessary to make a purchase or to take advantage of some of the Portal’s features, such as “My Account”.
- If you wish to exercise your right of access, rectification, opposition or cancel our processing of your personal data, or revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data, please contact us by e-mail at hello@xstratego.com.
- You may add or update certain information present in your personal account on the Portal, such as your personal data, addresses, among others.
- If you no longer wish to receive e-mails or other notifications from us, please unsubscribe from our Newsletter service. (If you do not wish to receive the modifications, changes, updates and/or any news about the conditions of use and other legal notices, such as this privacy notice, which will govern your use of the Portal; it will be your responsibility to be aware of the modifications that are included in them).
- The help function of most browsers will tell you how to set your browser to not accept cookies, to notify you each time you receive a new cookie, or to turn off all cookies. You can also disable or delete similar data that was used by browser add-ons, such as Flash Cookies, by changing the settings of the extensions or by visiting their manufacturer’s website. However, we recommend that you leave cookies enabled as they offer you the opportunity to take advantage of many of the essential functions of the Portal. How secure is my information?
- We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts the information you input.
- It is important that you protect yourself against unauthorized third-party access to your password and to your computer. When you are finished, make sure you are logged out, whenever you are using a shared, public and/or external computer.
What information do I have access to?
The Portal gives you access to a large amount of information about your account and your transactions with the Portal for the sole purpose of enabling you to view and, in certain cases, update such information.
Are minors allowed to use the Portal?
The Portal does not market products for the purpose of being purchased by minors. We market products for minors in order to be purchased by adults, being their parents, guardians, relatives, among others. If you are under 18 years of age, you may use the services provided by the Portal only with the supervision of a parent or responsible legal guardian.

Due to the continuous development of our business, this privacy notice and the terms and conditions may also change. We may periodically send you reminders of our notices and conditions via e-mail, however, we recommend that you visit our Web site frequently to review the most recent changes. Unless otherwise stated, our current privacy notice will apply to all information we process about you and your account.
However, we are true to our word and in no event will we materially change our policies or practices to make them less effective in protecting our customers’ personal data collected in the past, without the prior consent of the customers concerned.

Information you provide us
You provide us with most of the information when you search, make a purchase, post a comment, enter a contest, sweepstakes or contact our customer service. It is being provided to us when you search for a product, place an order through the Portal, provide information in “My Account” (you may have more than one account if you have used more than one email address in your purchases) or in customer service when you contact us by email or otherwise, when you complete a questionnaire or sweepstakes entry form, use our services, or when you provide or rate customer reviews. By performing the above actions, you are providing us with information such as your name, address and/or telephone number, credit card information, persons to whom purchased items have been shipped, including addresses and telephone numbers, names of persons (with addresses and telephone numbers), e-mail addresses of your friends or others, content of comments and e-mails you send us, personal description and your financial information.
Automatic information
The information we automatically collect and analyze may include, but is not limited to, the Internet IP address you use to connect to the Internet with your computer, username, email address and password for your account, information about your computer and your Internet connection and browser version and type, your time zone settings, browser connection types and versions, the operating system and platform you use, purchase history, from which we sometimes collect similar information from various customers to create campaigns, the Uniform Locator, the Uniform Locator, and other information about you; your time zone settings, browser connection types and versions, the operating system and platform you use, purchase history, from which we sometimes collect similar information from various customers to create campaigns, the Uniform Resource Locator (URL) history of web pages from, through and to our Portal (including date and time), cookie number, products you have visited or searched for, and any phone number you have used to call our customer service.
